The same thing happened to me with my first submission to their publication. They said they used Duplichecker. I checked my article after that. I had a quote from someone. That's the only thing that came up as plagiarized. I had cited the quote the right way. This publication also said that they allow for no more than two quotes. I only included one. I removed article and won't submit to them anymore.
