8 Benefits of Using Walmart+
Use This App to Save Time & Money When Grocery Shopping
I’m always looking for new ways to save money — especially with inflation continuing to rise. I’ve been saving money using Walmart+ to shop for my weekly groceries. As of the writing of this article (11/29/22), I have saved $97 and 10 hours of shopping in the store by using Walmart+ for two months. That may be a small amount of money, but it is still money saved — and hours saved not having to shop for my order.
1. Rewards Center
You can receive Walmart Rewards on eligible items that you purchase online and in-store. So far, we’ve earned $1.50 in rewards. However, it probably could have been more, but I have forgotten to check through the eligible reward items when I’ve input my weekly orders.
2. Smart Scanner
With the Shop Smart Scanner, you can check prices and availability when you’re in the store. When you are shopping, you can scan each item as you place them in your shopping cart. This will save you time at the checkout counter when you go to the self-checkout section of the store since all the items are already scanned into your account.
